Lion Habitat Ranch is an exciting place to visit with kids in neighboring Henderson. The ranch serves as a safe habitat for more than 40 big cats. Guests learn about these beauties, their natural African lifestyle, and how they live together. To keep them company, the ranch has one giraffe named Ozzie, who enjoys being fed by visitors.
Visitors can take part in an hour-and-a-half behind-the-scenes tour that is intended to educate families about the lions and their cubs and watch them being fed and bathed. Award-winning Springs Preserve is just off the Strip and offers botanical gardens, galleries, museums, native wildlife, and trails commemorating Las Vegas’ desert original. Bring the entire family to the Excalibur Hotel for dinner and a show that features medieval knights fighting on real horses in the style of the legends of King Arthur. It’s like a history book come to life. It is all about bravery, courage, and, sometimes, treachery. Will the good guys win in the end?
While the knights fight for honor and glory, guests can enjoy a sumptuous dinner in medieval style – using only their hands. This is epic for the youngsters. There is even a holiday show from November through December.

Want to show your kids a magical world outside the computer world to which they are addicted? This is the magic of real life. Mystère is an acrobatic show at Treasure Island that creates characters who bring their story to life. The energy and drama of 67 performers are breathtaking and set to thunderous music as they fly, somersault, and soar through the air.
It takes spectacular strength and shows actual super-people in action. How do they do it? That mystery is what the entire show is about. Visitors can check time and costs, but most tickets are around $100.00.

Jabbawockeez at the MGM Grand integrates choreography with high-tech special effects and music as dancers in white masks create their dynamic moves. Visitors can create their own Hershey treats and can be in a Reese’s Peanut Butter television ad.

Even adults love to sneak into an arcade, and the Fun Dungeon is made for playful adults and is one of the cool things to do with kids. Located beneath Excalibur’s casino are more than 200 arcade games, 3D and 4D short films, and pool tables. Games vary from the latest to classics such as Pac-Man and King Kong Virtual Reality. Kids can win a prize by knocking off blocks with a ball.

Las Vegas, that gem in the desert, isn’t known for its aquariums. That is why the 1.3-million-gallon Shark Reef Aquarium at the Mandalay Bay Hotel is a special treat.
You can view over 2,000 sea creatures, including mighty sharks, turtles, piranhas, reptiles, and many more. The touch pool allows visitors to touch eels, crabs, and stingrays. The 3D theatre creates a virtual underwater event as people swim with whales and sharks. That is some desert experience!

Parents turn into superheroes when they bring their kids to Marvel's Avengers at Treasure Island. This massive exhibit of Avengers exhibits the world's bravest defenders. Marvel fans will be thrilled to connect with idols such as the Hulk and Iron Man.
The display includes Captain America’s uniform, Ant-Man's helmet, Iron Man's MK-45 suit, and so much more. Kids learn more about the Avengers and receive agent training, which includes an agent photo and ID. The exhibit is marvelously interactive.
